Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped out ASAP and a Delivery Confirmation number or tracking info will be emailed to you.  Orders paid for with a personal check maybe held until the funds clear. I have a flat shipping fee of only $6.95 per order no matter how much is shipped. However I reserve the right to limit the number of magazines purchase to a reasonable amount, especially on magazines in high demand. On occasion I've run into somebody that needed magazines or something for a competition shipped to them overnight. I can send item via FedEx overnight if one really needs it for an additional shipping fee, but shipping FedEx overnight isn't cheap.

If you find that the item shipped was defective within 30 days or if I made a mistake on your order, just let me know and I'll give you info about how to return it and get the correct item shipped out. If the item is defective or shipped in error I pay the return shipping. If you are getting it replaced I pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you.

If you ordered the wrong item or change your mind you can ship it back in the original factory packing (if any) in new condition.  If new items are returned in the same condition as it was shipped out to you within 30 days I'll issue a refund minus the shipping fee. Non-defective used items are not returnable unless prior permission is provided and they are subject to a restocking fee.

Connecticut has new restrictions on magazines that have gone into effect. I can no long accept website orders for magazines being shipped to Connecticut. Please email or call for instructions.

Restrictions on the Purchase of Ammunition and Magazines for Connecticut:

Retailers and firearms owners throughout Connecticut will have to deal with new restrictions on the purchase of ammunition and magazines which take effect today as part of Senate Bill 1160.

The law requires individuals over the age of 18 to obtain an ammunition certificate to purchase ammunition and magazines.  If you already possess a valid state Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers or a newly created “long gun eligibility certificate,” you are exempt from this additional requirement to obtain a separate “ammunition and magazine certificate.”  The “ammunition certificate” only allows you to purchase ammunition and magazines, no firearms whatsoever.
