One change made to US-made and Czech-made P-10's was the switch to a swappable magazine release. With a change in geometry, the goal was to eliminate the stiffness some customers experienced as the magazine release broke in, even though it became smooth after some use. This new reversible release requires a few minutes to swap, allowing the P-10 to remain lefty-friendly.

This is a CZ P-10 C magazine. The magazine is compatible with the CZ P-07. CZ has discontinued making a separate magazine for the CZ P-07. The CZ P-10 C and CZ P-07 magazines are now the same.
