If you find that the item shipped was defective or if I made a mistake on your order, just let me know and I'll give you info about how to return it and get the correct item shipped out. If the item is defective or shipped in error I pay the return shipping and if you are getting it replaced I pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you.
If you ordered the wrong item or change your mind you can ship it back in the original factory packing (if any). If new items are returned in the same condition as it was shipped out to you within 30 days I'll issue a refund minus the shipping fee.
Items are only shipped within the United States, sorry no international sales or sales to US Territories. Magazines are only shipped and sold to locations where they are legal, please know your laws. Laws change so please don't order any that are illegal in your jurisdiction. I won't be able to ship them to you. No magazines are shipped to the US Territories and only 10 round magazines or less to CA, HI, NY, MA, NY State (SORRY NO SALES TO NYC), Washington DC and Cook County, Illinois. New Jersey, Aurora IL and South Bend Indiana has a 15 round limit and Maryland has a 20 round magazine limit.
