If used in the SR9C there is a Ruger magazine adapter that fits the larger magazine to the grip (Ruger 90341). This magazine is compatible with the PC Carbine if it has the SR9/S9 magazine well insert installed. It is not compatible with the Security-9 pistol.

The Ruger PC Carbine 9mm comes with magwell insert for the Ruger SR Series magazines and Glock magazines. The Ruger PC Carbine comes with the SR9/S9 insert installed. If the Glock magazine adapter that comes with the Ruger PC Carbine is installed you can use double stack 9mm Glock magazines instead. Ruger American Pistol magazine wells are available from Ruger.
